ScreenDance is provided by Ensar Furkan Tunay. These terms cover the ScreenDance app and web subscription service. Applicable consumer rights remain in effect.
Free and Pro
Free includes screen, window and area recording up to 1080p at 30 fps, up to 15 minutes per recording, and the Coast, Mist and Graphite backgrounds. Camera recording and custom image backgrounds require Pro. Both plans include cursor effects and the option to record without a background.
Pro supports up to 4K at 60 fps, dynamic camera recording, all built-in backgrounds and custom image backgrounds, with no recording time limit imposed by the app. Actual capture quality and recording length depend on your source, Mac, available storage and operating system permissions. You retain ownership of your recordings.
Price and renewal
The web Pro subscription costs $5.99 USD per month or $35.88 USD per year, charged once per year. The annual price is equivalent to $2.99 per month; it is not charged monthly. Applicable taxes and the full payable total are shown at checkout before payment. Subscriptions renew automatically on the selected schedule until cancelled. There is no advertised free trial.
Paddle is the merchant of record for web purchases. Its checkout terms also apply to those transactions. For purchases through the Mac App Store, the price and renewal period shown by Apple at the time of purchase govern, and Apple processes billing under its terms.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancel future web renewals from ScreenDance Account → Manage billing. For App Store purchases, use Apple’s subscription settings. Cancellation normally keeps Pro available until the end of the paid period. A full refund, successful chargeback, revocation or unpaid renewal may end access sooner. Partial refunds do not automatically remove the remaining subscription access.
Refund requests are handled through the relevant merchant, Paddle or Apple, subject to applicable consumer law and the merchant’s policies. For web purchases, request help at Paddle buyer support and see the Paddle refund policy. Contact support for help finding your purchase. Nothing in these terms removes statutory withdrawal, refund or other mandatory rights.
Activation and use
Sign in to the Mac app with the email used for your web purchase. Pro activation requires a verified subscription. Web licenses are periodically refreshed and may support up to 72 hours offline, without extending the paid period. App Store purchases can be restored using Restore purchases. If Pro ends, Free remains available and your existing local recordings are retained.
Record only content you have the right to capture and share. You are responsible for obtaining consent and following laws that apply to your recordings. Do not redistribute account credentials, bypass subscription checks or use the service to harm others. Keep copies of important recordings; no cloud backup is provided.
Support and changes
We may update the app to improve compatibility, security or features. Material changes to subscription terms or future pricing will be communicated as required by applicable law and the payment platform; they do not change an already-paid period without the required process.
The support mailbox will be published before subscriptions open.
